1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Rolled Up Tees website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services.
2. Services Description
Rolled Up Tees provides custom screen printing, embroidery, and digital printing services for apparel and promotional products. We create custom designs based on client specifications and produce physical products according to agreed-upon terms.
3. Ordering and Production
3.1 Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, order quantities, and design complexity. Final pricing will be confirmed upon order placement.
3.2 Artwork and Design
By submitting artwork or designs, you represent that you have the legal right to use all elements within the design. We reserve the right to refuse production of any design that may infringe on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, or that contains offensive or inappropriate content.
3.3 Proofs and Approval
Prior to production, we will provide digital proofs for your approval. Digital proofs will be presented once quote has been approved and paid for. It is your responsibility to review these proofs carefully for accuracy. Once approved, we are not responsible for errors in the final product that were present in the approved proof.
3.4 Production Timeline
Standard production times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, complexity, and material availability. Rush services are available for an additional fee, subject to capacity.
4. Payment Terms
A full payment is required to begin production for new customers. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping or pickup. For established customers, payment terms may be negotiated. We accept credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are not included in product pricing unless specifically stated. We ship via standard carriers and are not responsible for delays once items have been handed to the shipping provider. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.
6. Returns and Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive products with printing or production defects, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. Custom-produced items cannot be returned due to customer design changes or order specification errors.
7. Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of all designs created by our team, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For customer-provided designs, you retain all rights to your original artwork. We may use images of completed products for our portfolio and marketing purposes unless you specifically request otherwise.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the products ordered. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
