If you're ordering 24 or more pieces with 1–4 solid colors, screen printing is the most cost-effective and durable decoration method available. The ink bonds directly with the fabric fibers during the curing process, which means it doesn't sit on top of the garment like a sticker or vinyl transfer. It becomes part of the shirt.
That's why screen printed shirts survive industrial washing, years of wear, and the kind of abuse that event giveaway tees and work uniforms go through. A properly cured screen print will outlast the garment itself.
For photorealistic or full-color designs with gradients, DTF or DTG may be a better fit — and we offer those too. But for bold logos, text-heavy designs, and anything where per-piece cost matters, screen printing wins every time. At 100 pieces, you're paying $5–$9 per shirt for a print that lasts years. No other method comes close at that price point.
