What happens after I submit a quote request?

Rob personally reviews every quote request. You'll receive a detailed response via email — usually within 2 hours during business hours — with a price breakdown, recommended garment, free digital mockup, and production timeline. No automated responses, no runaround.

How fast can I get my order?

Standard production is 7–10 business days from artwork approval. Rush orders can be completed in as few as 3 business days for an additional fee. Same-week delivery is sometimes possible depending on order size — call us at (845) 358-2037 to check availability.

Do I need finished artwork?

No. If you have a logo or rough idea, we'll work with it. We offer free art prep and cleanup on orders over 48 pieces. For orders under 48, basic design adjustments are included — complex custom design work is quoted at an hourly rate. Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG) are ideal, but we'll work with whatever you have.

What are your minimums?

12 pieces for screen printing. 6 pieces for embroidery. No minimum on most digital printing products (stickers, banners, signs). For runs under 12 shirts, DTF printing is usually the most cost-effective option — we'll let you know.
