Counting backward from your deadline
Production starts when you approve the mockup, not when you first email us. Standard production runs 7–10 business days, so a Nassau order approved on a Monday typically arrives two Thursdays later — about 9–12 business days door to door. Suffolk adds a day.
If that misses your date, rush orders cut production to 5 business days, which puts a Nassau delivery around 7 business days from approval. Tell us the date you need shirts in hand rather than the date you want them shipped — we'll work the schedule backward and confirm the same day.
